Idol Magazine (The Future is now)

The theme of the issue was "future" so I got to play around with lots of wonderful ideas and in the end we went for very shiny skin the use of white as a focal point and just to add in a little strangeness, I attached plastic to cheek bones and brow bones... the shoot was lots of fun and I love the outcome.....
Big thanks to valentina costa from AOFM who assisted that day :)

Hope on over to Idol to show some love - idolmag.co.uk

KTZ SS12 BFC

My last show for the week was over at the BFC tent and was for the amazing KTZ

Styled by the mega trendy and super lovely Alexis Knox :@)

The collection was mostly dark with tribal detailing, teamed up with amazing sheer fabrics bondage influences and accompanied by amazing crafted accessories,
It was a true honour to be part of such an amazing collection......

Makeup was played down simple clean skin concealer was buffed into the skin, using a shade lighter then the natural tone, which created pale glowing skin. Brows and lashes were combed through with clear gel, and just a touch of highlight was added to the cheeks and eyes . The lip was influenced by the detailing in the collection bold and red lined with black smoked in the corners , with a finger print of silver in the center

Boys were groomed to perfection and a smudge of red paint was applied to the parting of the hair line.

Ziad Ghanem SS12

The 19th saw the return of the extravagant visionary that is Mr Ziad Ghanem
This year the show was Styled by my good friend Aiden Connor

Ziads show is really something you have to see for yourself dubbed the "cult couturier" an array of colour, texture performance, art and fashion mixed with hidden political messages and erotic innuendos.....

The makeup design this season was gothic and sexy.... using a lot of red white and black on the more classic looks, long long paper lashes made from black shiny card and exaggerated lips....

Facal and neck tattoos, paint splatters, dripping blood, perfectly groomed page boys and an angelic baby doll also strutted down the catwalk

my team and I spent weeks of prep getting everything ready for the show and we really couldn't be happier :)

It really is a feast for all eyes we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did :)

Jasper Garvida SS12 LFW

My 1st show of the day on the 19th was the lovely and humble Jasper Garvida.....

Styled by my lovely friend Jade Stavri the collection was classic and wearable lots of black white and metallic (I spot a trend) stunning evening dresses mixed with a bit of tailoring and sexy slim fitting numbers..

As it was a day of manic madness my lovely assistant Lea James took the rains on this show and I made a quick swoop in and out to demo for AOFM pro :)

Big thank to lea,Kara and Bianca for looking after the team x

the makeup for jasper was my only show with a real spring summer feel...
foundation buffed in to the skin bronzed faces with a little contour heavy on the highlight.... champaign & pink opal on the lid lots and lots of mascara top and bottom and white on the waterline to really open the eye a nude gloss finished off the look and we were left with bronzed goddess :)

There is no video as yet but here are a few images from the day video to be updated shortly

blow Presents; - Shinsuke Mitsuoka

The 2nd designer I worked with for Blow Presents was Shinsuke Mitsuka his collection was well crafted & Innovative taking inspiration from gothic, bondage and architecture, I loved his collection very much the use of zips leather and a mix of heavy and light fabrics made it very modern with a drak feeling.....

The makeup was very simple a nothing look with very nude lip almost a slightly ghostly sick feeling with that complemented his choice of music and his collection very well ....

Blow Presents - (JANE BOWLER)

My 1st show or LFW was for blow presents at the LSO old street, I worked with two of there amazing designers the 1st being the very humble and extremely talented Jane Bowler....

Her collection was made for catwalk, designed and produced from plastic and then dyed in a array of wonderful colours it really was a treat to see...

the makeup for her collection was very simple and dewy with a little pink cream blush and lots of highlight on the cheek and nose.... keeping the skin shiny
complemented her collection so well and little accents like lashes made of same plastic used in her garments just gave the makeup that extra edge....

I really enjoyed working with Jane and cant wait to see more from her in the future :)

Fashion Week- SS12

What a show season it has been for my team and I although milan and paris are still yet to wow us.... I cant help but sit at home and mourn the end of london and NYCFW......

Lack of sleep, food and endless amounts of taxis later....... we are all just wishing we could do it all over again :)

This year in london alone I keyed shows for six wonderful designers creating simple clean dewy looks to crazy colourful paint splattered madness.....

with a HUGE shout out to my wonderful amazing team for there support and hard work and to the amazing www.aofmpro.com/ :)

Although there always is a little bit of drama and stress once the first model steps on that catwalk all is forgotten...... LOVE xxx
