Tom Hiddleston For 1883

A few months back I was lucky enough to get asked to shoot with the charming Tom Hiddleston one of the stars of Midnight In Paris, Warhorse and The Avengers to name a few ...... little bit of simple grooming on my part and some lovely hair from Ben Gregory and we were set to go..... it was a really fun laid back shoot and here are the results ;p enjoy x

KTZ AW12

A label that has become close to my creative heart is KTZ ..... after keying there SS show last season and working on both the mens and womens look books this season.  I was thrilled  to be asked back to Key there AW12 show the show was nothing short of EPIC

A new Romanticised crossover between blitz kit and scottish Swag paved the way for the unisex collection.

The makeup design for this show was very dool like .....

the skin was left pure white and dewy .... the lips were pinched in the middle with a red gloss and highlighted on the sides with stark white paint a thin black line was bended gently in the eye socket a champaign swepet over the lid and a white liner on the water line.
highlight contour and blush were applied in unconventional places.
the whole look was very delicate and technical every product had to be applied in just the rite way.

LFW Jean-Pierre Braganza AW12

Our 2nd show at london fashion week was for the quirky and talented Jean-Pierre Braganza....
the makeup design for this show changed last min we had agreed on a makeup design consisting of a heavy purple smokey eye a week prior to the show and wile I was in NYC I got a call from the designer saying that the hair design had been agreed and the bold eye just didnt work..... it was too busy...... argh dilema i was in NYC until the day before his show and the only time to redu the makeup test was at midnight after getting off my flight. (never a dull moment)

So my lovely assistant Benny Hancock and I with total jet lagged made our way to Jean's Studio to redesign the makeup for the show.....

After a little brain storm we decided to ref the strong colours in Jeans digital print and come up with a 3 tone lip (I do love them) ;p

A bold purple, burnt orange and a bright yellow in the centre

Fyodor Golan AW12 LFW

The first show that I keyed this season at london fashion week was for the amazing Fyodor Golan the opening show held in the new somerset house space "the gallery" I had time to meet with the amazing design duo Fyodor Golan just before leaving for new york to take a look at there stunning collection get inside there heads and listen to there inspirations.... the collection was inspired by Russian peasants and aristocracy with a little bit of art deco and insects. The makeup for the show was so exciting using glitter grease paint lip tar and liner to create unique modern and exciting looks.... it really set the pace for the rest of london fashion week and buzz around the green glitter alien girl was on everyones lip ;p
we were really short on time backstage at i must say that this show was my most stressful this season but the fruits of our labour paid off and the press went crazy im really proud of my amazing team and  can honset to god say this is a show I shall remember for the rest of my carrer ;p

thank you to our sponsors AOFM makeup and OCC cosmetics :) LOVE

I have added a little video feature from 1883 that shows some clips from the show but also has some nice footage of Fyodor Golan Explaining there collection .....

NYFW AW12 moncler grenoble (central park)

It really has been awile , not had much time to blog at all because I have been very lucky traveling and working for the last 6 months... As the middle of 2012 looms closer and I find myself with a little down before starting 6 months of manic shooting, I thought I would update you all on what fun I have been having :)

Not to disserpoint im going to start with something EPIC the AW12 moncler grenoble central park (new york)

By far the biggest makeup tram and production I have ever keyed 40 MUAs 150 ice skaters and a gospel choir

The makeup was very Fresh, Flawless and Highlighted with a dewy finish
Creme blush was added on the cheeks and a little gloss on the lips just simple but effective for the snowy winter look.
